Joseph Oluwaseun Adewale is the Chief Executive Officer of Evertop Realties Limited which he founded in 2011 and thereafter commenced operations in the 2012. Joseph Oluwaseun Adewale obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, Electronic & Communication Engineering from the University of Lagos, and went on to obtain a master’s degree in Housing Development and Management from the same University due to his love and passion to create habitable homes and shelter for Nigerians.
Joseph Oluwaseun Adewale began his career as a realtor with Portal Realties Limited where he served as Youth Corp Member, and thereafter was retained and confirmed as a staff due to his outstanding performance in the sales of Land and Properties, and his outstanding ability to effectively prospect and manage clients, while delivering excellent customer services. After leaving Portal Realties as the head of Project and Investment, he has also worked with other Real Estate Companies in the country, such as Vetra ventures limited, Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited, Landmark Corporate Realty Limited, and Grenadines Homes, and this experience has helped to develop and to move him through the ladder of industry.

Being a passionate and driven Realtor, Joseph Oluwaseun Adewale is adept in all aspects of property management, development, Sales, and operations management. He is a certified member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Nigeria Institution of Estate surveyor and Valuers (NIESV), and Project Management Professional (PMP). He has attended various courses and trainings within and outside Nigeria and sits on the Board of many other companies in Nigeria. Oluwaseun is a self-motivated and committed professional who continues to strive for innovative ways to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. He is happily married with children.
